Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy provides that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at fiorediluce@tim.it. Returns must be shipped to the following address: Elisabetta Centinari, via Campo dei fiori 37, 20026 Novate Milanese MI Italy.

Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are defects or damage or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom-made products created to order cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days through your original payment method. It may take some time before your bank or credit card company processes and posts the refund.
