We offer free shipping for all orders to Italy, Europe, Canada, Japan and many other countries worldwide.

Processing times

Ready-to-ship lamps: shipped within 2-3 business days from order Made-to-order/custom lamps: require 2-3 weeks of production before shipping

Estimated delivery times (after processing)

Italy: 2-5 business days Europe: 2-8 business days Canada, Japan and rest of the world: 8-15 business days

Order tracking

All orders include a tracking number that will be sent to you via email as soon as the package is shipped.

Customs duties and taxes

For shipments outside the European Union (including Great Britain, Canada and Japan), customs duties and import taxes may apply at the recipient's expense, according to the local regulations of the destination country.

Damaged products

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

Made-to-order products

Lamps made to order according to custom specifications cannot be returned, except in case of defects or damage during shipping.
